The Ten Year Tour
This year, we're celebrating ten years of good food, good drinks, and good people. The Ten Year Tour is a series of convivial+collaborative guest chef dinners with a lineup of acclaimed chefs from across the country. Each dinner will bring together the Southern spirit of Chef Linton Hopkins + Holeman & Finch with the seasonal direction and style of the visiting chef.
The dinner on February 24th will feature a dynamic menu with dishes from our guest chef Mike Lata as well as from chef proprietor Linton Hopkins. Guests will enjoy four courses of their choosing and order beverages a la carte upon arrival.
ABOUT THE CHEF: A long-time friend of Linton’s, chef Mike Lata was nominated in 2007 and 2008 for the James Beard Foundation Award, Best Chef: Southeast, before taking home the award in 2009. His food, philosophy, and contributions to the Charleston community have earned him recognition on national platform, including coverage in Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Esquire, Garden & Gun, Southern Living, Travel + Leisure, USA Today, The New York Times and many more.
