Please join us as we welcome hunter, angler, gardener, and cook Hank Shaw to celebrate the release of his new book Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail: Upland Birds and Small Game from Field to Feast.

Executive chef Spencer Gomez will prepare a 4-course tasting inspired by Hank's new book.

Tickets are $75 per person (excluding tax & gratuity) including a complimentary copy of Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail. Wine pairings will be available for $30.
